A cross-border oral care brand client wanted to launch a portable household water flosser for global e-commerce and retail markets. They hoped to achieve differentiated appearance, reliable performance, competitive cost, and fast mass production. We provided full-process customized development from Idea → Appearance Design → Structural Design → Function Definition → Prototype (Handboard).

5. Prototype (Handboard) Model
- CNC handboard / 3D printing prototype
- Verify appearance, size, assembly, grip, and structure rationality
- Functional prototype testing: water pressure, waterproof, noise, battery
- Client confirmation before mold opening
- Output: approved prototype + test report
Project Result
The client successfully launched the customized water flosser with stable quality, strong competitiveness, and smooth mass production. It achieved good sales on Amazon and offline retail channels.
